Meet Ms. Goede

Ms. Sara Goede

Sara Goede joins Hixson Middle School for the 2025-2026 academic year, as the Alternative Education Specialist. Prior to joining The Webster Groves School District, Ms. Goede was the School Social Worker at Flynn Park Elementary School in University City, and a School Adjustment Counselor in Massachusetts;  as well previous roles in foster care case management and residential treatment for children and youth. Mrs. Goede received her Master's Degree in Social Work from Boston University, and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Missouri.

When she is not at work, Mrs. Goede enjoys spending time with her family and friends, streaming her favorite shows, reading engrossing novels and traveling.  Mrs. Goede is married and is a parent to one son, Jack, who will be starting his senior year in the Fall 2025.  Mrs. Goede is a native St. Louisian and is a proud graduate of University City High School.
